The Monaco Government has officially relaunched The Blue Fund under the Extended Monaco for Business programme. This new phase builds on the success of the initial initiative launched in 2020, aiming to further drive innovation, strengthen Monaco’s digital economy, and ensure businesses remain globally competitive in an increasingly digital environment.
A Proven Success: Phase One Results
Initially introduced as part of Monaco’s economic recovery strategy after the COVID-19 pandemic, the Blue Fund proved to be a game-changer for local businesses. More than 700 companies in the Principality benefited, leading to a total of €52 million in digital projects, including €24.3 million in direct government aid. Over 3,500 professionals received specialized training, enhancing their digital skill sets and strengthening Monaco’s overall economic resilience. Notably, more than 90% of projects were carried out by local Digital Services Companies (ESNs), demonstrating the initiative’s contribution to the Principality’s digital ecosystem.

The relaunch of the Blue Fund marks a transition from economic recovery to digital optimization, with two strategic priorities:
