Consultants deliver strategy documents and leave. We design strategy AND stay to build it. Every EIDEN engagement ends when the system runs without us not when a deck is delivered. Our proprietary methodologies (Hydra Analysis™, Onion Methodology™, Fountain Operations™) are designed specifically for implementation, not just diagnosis.

Agencies execute tactics. We design the architecture those tactics run through. A branding agency gives you a logo and a guideline. We redesign how your brand positions in the market and then we make sure the marketing, sales, and operations all align with that positioning. The deliverables look similar from the outside; the systemic effect is completely different.

Yes. Morocco is our primary market and our headquarters, but we have active engagements across Africa, Europe, and North America. Our model doesn't require proximity architecture requires precision, not co-location. Our team operates bilingually in English and French, with Arabic fluency for Moroccan and MENA clients.

Most of our clients sit between 2M and 100M MAD in revenue (roughly 200K to 10M USD). Smaller businesses are a fit for our Fracture Scan™ and B-Arch Labs™ programmes. Larger enterprises engage us for specific pillars usually The Blueprint™, The Digital Nerve™, or The Experience Layer™.

Diagnostics start at 3,000 MAD (~300 USD) for the Hydra Scan and 8,000 MAD (~800 USD) for the Onion Audit. Full transformation engagements run from 12,000 MAD/month (~1,200 USD/month), with a minimum engagement of 3-6 months depending on scope. We publish these ranges openly because we've never understood why firms hide them.
